The art of eight limbs

Muay Thai

Thailand’s national combat sport, using fists, elbows, knees and shins. Technical, powerful and great for fitness.

The training

Strike with your whole body

Muay Thai teaches you to punch, kick, knee and elbow with balance and control. You will also learn the clinch, the close-range grappling that makes the sport unique.
